Shipping Information

We work hard to get your outdoor gear to you as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to ensure your return or exchange is processed efficiently:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the unused and undamaged item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship the Package: Mail the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Important Note on Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or if the product is defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color, simply follow the standard return process outlined above. In your initial email, please clearly state which item you wish to exchange it for. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we have made an error:

  • Bug Zappers & Mosquito Repellents (if opened or used)
  • First Aid, Health & Safety items (if opened or used)
