Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to ensure your return or exchange is processed efficiently:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship the Package: Mail the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the standard return process above. In your initial email, please clearly state the item you wish to exchange it for. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items from our menu cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:
- Bug Zappers & Mosquito Repellents (opened or used)
- First Aid, Health & Safety items (opened or used)
